Deiric McCANN

Deiric joined Profiles International in 1998, initially as National Director for Great Britain & Ireland, and for the last 10 years as Executive Vice President with responsibility primarily for development of Profiles’ European and SE Asian operations. He directly supports his partners (trainers, coaches and consultants) in growing their businesses – especially through helping their clients to develop more effective leaders.

He has written 4 books: Winning Business Proposals (3 editions since 1994), The Customer Continuum & The Business Bathroom Bible. He also co-authored 40 Strategies for Winning Business and Leadership Charisma (2011). Over the last 20 years he has also had more than 1,000 articles published worldwide.

In 2012 he completed an intensive post-grad Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching with Smurfit Business School (UCD), graduating with ‘distinction’, and formalizing my years of ‘on the job’ coaching experience.

His real passion is speaking – there’s nothing he loves more than speaking to large groups on subjects he feels passionate about – e.g. Leadership Charisma, Mindful Leadership, and Building Resilient Leaders.

Dr. Laura DELIZONNA

Laura is an expert in the conditions that enable people to thrive in professional and personal life. Her unique qualifications as a
Stanford University instructor, researcher and trainer enable her to deliver substantive knowledge and highly practical applications.
She has been applauded for her ability to distill highly complex concepts into simple practices and to guide participants toward
long-term change. Laura’s workshops are described as “life changing experiences.” Her enthusiasm, humor, authenticity, and
passion enhance participant engagement.

She conducted her doctoral research in mindfulness at Harvard University, earned her PhD in psychology at Boston University, and since 2002, has been affiliated with Stanford University.

Laura has conducted trainings at Google, Hewlett-Packard, DES Architects, The Packard Foundation, LinkedIn, Genentech, Plantronics, Georgetown University, The Commonwealth Club and others. She is an international professional speaker who has presented in Switzerland, Denmark, South Africa, India, and Vietnam.

What Should I Expect at Public Program?

A public program is an interactive 2-day in-person training, followed by 4-weeks of recommended peer-to-peer practices to sustain and integrate learning and self-directed growth from the inside out.
