For centuries, man’s search for his own ability and meaning in life has been accompanied by the motivation and need for leadership. Upon man’s discovery of his own potential, the concept of leadership has also reached a new understanding. The most important differentiating characteristic of a leader is that they can realize a vision through touching and inspiring people.

Five consecutive training modules are designed to increase leadership development and help participants transfer their learning to work life.

The journey to personal leadership starts by understanding our own motives, emotions, self-meaning, process making …etc. The inspiration necessary for making an influence in our world manifests itself the most in our own life story. In the first module of our atelier, you discover your values, the lessons taught by your personal experience, your personal success model, and your strengths to bring them all together. We help you get to know yourself from many different aspects. Upon defining your traits free of titles, social roles, and any outside-imposed views, we then communicate the methods from which you can increase the impact and influence you have on your life.

Our relations are crucial part of our business and personal lives. In this second module, we communicate important aspects of leading our relationships using experiential learning methods, tools, applications, games, content, and profile tests.

Organizations move through a number of stages as they develop.  Some of the changes are planned, some are surprise. Sometimes the forces for change come from within the organization and at other times they will be caused by external forces or influences. The need for organizations to meet and to cope with changing conditions requires innovation, creativity and flexibility.

This module will help develop the skills and knowledge required to promote the use and implementation of change in a positive perspective.


Objective is to

  • Develop the skills needed to support innovation and improvement.
  • Develop the planning skills needed to introduce and implement positive change.
  • Use consultative processes to reduce the barriers to change.

Your leadership model will be the outcome of everything you have accrued since the first module.

In this final stage, you will share your model in a 20-minute presentation and receive feedback from your audience. In this way you complete the module having prepared your development plan which will bring out your best self .
